In an effort to recognize the membership of the 388th VFW for their participation and outstanding service in the 388th VFW, the Wing Command has established the 388th VFW Recognition Program. This program will award the members of the 388th VFW with the medals, ribbons, and awards listed below. While we will attempt to make every effort to provide all of our member ship with the recognition due to them, we do at times overlook some. If you feel a member deserves particular notice for something they have done for the 388th VFW, please feel free to contact your Commander and mention it to him.  You will note that not all ribbons or awards have a corresponding medal. This is normal. We have done our best to tailor these medals and awards specifically to the 388th VFW.
